    Shipping

    You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

    Returns

    We do accept returns or exchanges with some restrictions. First, a return authorization request must be made to our customer service department. Such request may be made via email to: support@onsceneinc.com. Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns or exchanges must include the original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept items as returns if they have been damaged or the packaging is damaged or missing as well. We do not accept returns of used or worn items, including apparel items. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not provide return shipping services.Refunds are for the purchase price of the items. We do not refund the order shipping charges. Returns/exchanges must be sent to us via trackable services. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, missing returns/exchanges that we do not receive. We do not warranty any items. All items sold are subject to manufacturer warranties. All warranty claims must be made directly to the manufacturer. We do not provide warranty service or repair service of any kind. We also do not accept returns of wearable clothing items, including, but no limited to, hats, shirts, raincoats, pants, headwear.
