    How do I know my transaction will be safe?

    Our online shopping cart and security technology ensures the safest and most reliable checkout experience for our customers.

    What happens after I’ve placed my order?

    Simple. We will send a confirmation email after your order has been received and then a followup email when shipped. Many orders ship within 24 hours of receipt, some within 3 or 4 business days. Note, however, that we are open Monday - Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST, so we do not ship on weekends. If there are any issues with an order or a potential backorder, we will advise you of the time frame when we expect the item to be shipped. You always have the option of canceling the order if you do not wish to wait for a backordered item.

    How are products delivered to me?

    Since we offer low, competitive shipping rates, we usually ship items via ground methods, which include USPS 1st Class, 1st Class Parcel, Parcel Post, Priority and FedEx ground services. We reserved the right to choose the method of shipment.

    What is your refund or exchange policy?

    We understand that sometimes it is necessary to return an item. As such, unlike other e-tailers, we do accept returns, with some restrictions. As long as we are notified within 10 days of receipt of order, we will accept a return or exchange. All products returned must include the original undamaged packaging. In addition, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide return shipping labels or return shipping costs. When refunds are issued, they are for the purchase price of the items,less any shipping costs charged. We are not responsible for lost items that are returned to us. We recommend that any returned items be shipped to us with tracking information. Returned products are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. We do not accept returns on clothing, hats, raincoats or clothing type items or accessories.
